At K & J Signing Solutions LLC we take the guess work out of all your signing needs, from the type of notarial certificate to document preparation and delivery. We offer apostille document preparation with courier service packages. Loan signing packages (for recurring and/or large documents). Printing & copy services also available. Notarial Acts:

  • Single Page $5 (1 certificate) + *

  • Document (multiple pages) $15 + *

  • Electronic Notarization $25 + *

  • Remote Notarization $25 + *

  • Delivery of Documents to shipper and/or business $40, certified mail USPS add $5

    Note: * Is indicative of additional fees where applicable, such as travel, printing and document delivery. Costs are as listed in the Other Fees section. Appointments range from 15 to 30 minutes for the above listed appointments.

Apostille Document Preparation & Courier Service Packages:

  • Basic - $40 for first document, $10 per additional document. This includes document preparation, notarial certificate (up to 2) and document Drop Off Only. This includes Secretary of State(SOS) sending your document(s) back to you via standard USPS.

  • Standard - $65 for first document, $20 per additional document. This includes document preparation, notarial certificate (up to 2), dropping document(s) off at SOS and SOS mailing back to you via pre-paid label for faster return to you.

    Expedited - $165 for first document, $30 per additional document. This includes document preparation, notarial certificate (up to 2), taking document to SOS and obtaining apostilled document(s). I will then either bring your document(s) back to you and/or mail to their intended destination via certified USPS mail. If you choose certified mail I will email your receipt same day for your records. Physical copies can be picked up and/or mailed to you standard USPS.

    Note: Travel up to 10 miles included for basic, 15 miles included in standard pricing and up to 20 miles is included in expedited pricing. Anything further will be charged $1 per mile.
